Jr High student council delivered blankets to some of our Wellington residents yesterday. Blankets were donated by students of the Jr High. Thanks to all these guys for thinking about others during the holidays.

The WHS Student Council sponsored a coin war between the classes to benefit our very own Pat Needham. Pat is taking care of the commons, high school gym and band hall in the morning and then driving to Wichita Falls every day to be with her husband as he is in the hospital. The sophomore and senior classes tied for 1st place raising over $400 each. In total, $1000 was raised for Pat. Presenting her with the cash is Sophomore Class President and Student Council Treasurer Noah Cantu. Sophomore Student Council Members pictured are Bryn Phillips, Dixon Dugan, Treylea Wiebe, Bailey Stegall and Rylyn Colson. Also pictured is 10th grade Damiana Peters who individually donated the most coins out of any WHS student.
