Wellington ISD will be dismissing at 11:15am Friday 12th. The County stock show will be Saturday 13th and no school on Monday 15th.
WHS will be approving the 2023-24 Campus Improvement plan on Friday, January 12th at 8:30am in the high school conference room. The Federal Report Card for WISD and each of our campuses was released recently by the Texas Education Agency. A copy of this went home with each student's report card today so please ask your student to see this. The 2023 Federal Report Card for WHS will also be discussed at this Friday's 8:30am meeting. Any WHS parent is invited to attend this meeting!
Also as a reminder, all campuses will dismiss at 11:15am on Friday to allow our teachers and staff to attend a required training. Best of luck to all our students competing in the Collingsworth County Stock Show on Saturday, January 13th. WISD will not have school on Monday, January 15th in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

JV Lady Rockets won the consolation bracket at the Groom Varsity Tournament today! Our girls lost to Sanford Fritch's varsity on Thursday before taking down Groom's varsity 40 to 29 on Friday and San Jacinto's varsity 56 to 52 today. JV Lady Rockets finish 2-1. Great job! 🚀⛹🏼♀️🏀🏆🚀
