We are glowing at WHS today! The Black Light Pep Rally is at 3:15 in the high school auditorium. We will begin seating WISD students at 3pm. We will NOT open doors for the general public until all WISD students are seated. Seating will be extremely limited. For the safety of our staff and students, the outside doors will lock promptly at 3:15. 🚀🚀🚀

Congratulations to the Lady Rocket Cross Country team who finished in 3rd place in the team standings at the district cross country meet today in Wheeler. Top three teams advance to regionals so Lady Rockets are regional bound! Individually, freshman Taytum Kane was the second place silver medalist while Leslie Orozco was the 8th place medalist. Also on the team was Sabrina Segovia in 11th, Aleah Lewis in 15th place, Addy English in 23rd and Anna Henard in 24th. The girls are coached by Savannah Sumrall Henderson. Regionals is October 21st at Mae Simmons Park in Lubbock at 9am. 🚀🏃🏼♀️➡️🥉🚀
