Senior band, cheerleaders, and football players will be announced at 6:35. Then, immediately following the game all seniors will walk the field one last time.

A day later, our high school kids are still talking about the health fair held yesterday (Tuesday, October 25th) at the Wellington Activity Center. A huge thanks to Collingsworth General Hospital and Wellington EMS for putting this on and inviting us. The presentation by Greenbelt Electric was informative and impactful as were all of the booths. Congratulations to our Lady Rocket Cross Country team on a good cross country season. They ran earlier today at the UIL Region 1 cross country meet at Mae Simmons Park in Lubbock. Junior, Addy Mock, was the closest Lady Rocket to qualifying for state just narrowly missing out finishing in 24th place. Behind Addy and also on the team were Alyssa Lewis, Leslie Orozco, Audrey Jones, Presley Kane, Abby Garcia, Angela Lewis, and Charlee Bodine. The girls are coached by Cade Brown and Skyler Warrick.
Due to rain in the forecast, the FFA drive in movie night scheduled for tonight at 7:30 has been postponed.
