7th grade immunization information. All the information can be found below.

For the entry into 7th grade in the 2023-2024 school year, students will be required to have the following additional immunizations, due by the first day of classes.

  • Tetanus, Diphtheria, and acellular pertussis-containing vaccine (Tdap): All students entering the seventh grade will be required to have one dose of Tdap vaccine. Students in the seventh grade will be required to have a booster dose of Tdap only if it has been five years since their last dose of tetanus-containing vaccine. Td is acceptable in lieu of Tdap if a contraindication to pertussis exists.

  • Meningococcal Vaccine (MCV4): All students entering seventh grade will be required to have one dose of meningococcal vaccine.

If your child has received Tdap and Meningococcal vaccinations, please provide the school nurse an updated immunization record to reflect their receipt of required immunizations for entry into the 7th grade.

If your child has not received Tdap or Meningococcal vaccinations, please contact you healthcare provider or local clinic to schedule an appointment. Please provide the school nurse the proof of your child's receipt of Tdap and Meningococcal immunizations.

All students must show proof of having received Tdap/Booster and Meningococcal.

Without proper documentation of required vaccinations or a valid medical or conscientious exemption, students will not be allowed to attend school.

Please proved the school nurse with a record of immunizations validated by a physician or public health personnel. Thank you for you cooperation!

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact your school nurse.
